Inspired by my heritage and love for Scandinavian design, this lounge chair revolves around the ideal sit. Working with a traditional Danish weaving technique allows the seat to retain a comfortable recline. Joinery was a major focus in this design, using mortise and tenon and lap joints for the overall construction. The final piece is built in cherry wood and natural Danish cording.
